Capellini Pasta with Lemon-Butter sauce 

A luncheon serving of Capellini Pasta tossed in Garlic-Lemon Butter,  

Sautéed Heirloom Grape Tomatoes, and Organic Spinach, topped with Fresh Parmesan

& Basil Microgreens, set with your choice of Protein and either House Salad or Soup 

Add any of the following     -Fire-Grilled Organic Chicken Breast-   

-wild caught norwegian salmon   -sauteed baby bella mushrooms, bell peppers & onions

-Can be made gluten-free with zucchini noodles-

A beautiful LOW CARB Organic Summer Squash Casserole layered with Melted Cheeses,  

Garlic, Herbs, and Cream then baked to perfection, 

 Set with protein of your choice and either Petite Soup or House Salad

top it with Za’atar Infused Oil and Glazed Walnut Crumble, set it with Grapes, Kalamata Olives,  

Organic Cucumbers from our backyard, French Feta Cheese, and Lavash
