Charcuterie, the art of preparing and assembling cured meats, is a French tradition dating back to the 15th Century. Today the idea of charcuterie has become very popular outside of France, and the term has evolved to include a variety of foods besides meat. A charcuterie board is an assortment of meats, cheeses, artisan breads, olives, fruit, and nuts, all artfully arranged. At Season's Harvest we believe this dish represents our Backyard-to-Table vision; serving fresh fruit, seasonal vegetables and some of our famous hummus, baked breads and cured meats.
