The Griffiths named the new restaurant Season’s Harvest, a name based on 2 Corinthians 9:10, which reads, “Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness.” As Joanne explained, “We really felt like the restaurant was to be the ministry for this season of our life, to bring a harvest into his kingdom.” - Christianity Today November 2016

My dinner experience was so good, I decided to stay in town an extra night, just so I could divulge in their outstanding breakfast fare. I ordered a Buttermilk Pancake, a Gluten Free Buckwheat Pancake, and a biscuit. All were scratch made with flour milled fresh that morning. The Buttermilk Pancake was absolutely outstanding, one of the best pancakes I’ve tasted.  Clean Foodie

The restaurant does not use vendors, Becket said. The Griffiths maintain a small farm behind the facility as well as a 6,000-square-foot garden for herbs. Becket said ingredients are also locally sourced from farmers in Cypress, Tomball and Montgomery. “It’s really important for us to support our farmers" Becket said. Community Impact, 2017
