You and your loved one will be welcomed into the Season’s Harvest Farmhouse by the glow of candle light and the scent of fresh thyme. We will present a menu for your choice between three entree courses, and your dining for the evening will begin with a beautiful display of rustic, garden dishes and comforting soups on our inviting patio that overlooks the organic farm. A menu of reserve wine, specialty drinks, and elevated desserts will also be available for your enjoyment.

Lion and the Lamb
Grass Fed Lamb Belly Roulade stuffed with Homemade Rosemary Sourdough Panko, Oregano, Fennel, Rosemary, Aleppo Pepper, Garlic Confit, Parsley and Sea Salt, topped with Lions Mane Mushroom basted in Lamb Fat, set with Whipped French Feta, Honey Roasted Pistachio, and Goji Berries on a bed of Lemon-Olive Oil Spritzed Arugula
Southern Buttermilk Fried Quail
Wild Quail with Hot Honey over Crispy Jalapeño Cheddar Grits set with a nest of Apple Cider Vinegar tossed Sauteed Garden Greens and Pickled Beet Quail Egg
Beet Rawvioli (Vegan/Vegetarian option)
Thinly sliced Raw Organic Beets layered with Raw Cashew-Rosemary Cheese, topped with Raw Organic Basil Pesto, set on a bed of Organic Arugula and Spinach Mix tossed in a Lemon-Mediterranean Oil Vinaigrette
